About the Role
Help build and validate compliance rule sets for sanctions screening, AML/KYC, and trade control regulations.
What You'll Do
- Research and document regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
- Build and validate compliance rule sets for the AI screening engine
- Analyze false positive patterns and recommend improvements
- Support customer compliance inquiries with expert guidance
- Monitor regulatory changes and update rule sets accordingly
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles
- Knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks and sanctions regimes
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written communication
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex regulations
Nice to Have
- CAMS, ICA, or equivalent certification
- Experience with commodity trading compliance
- Familiarity with compliance technology platforms
