Cookie Policy
Effective: June 29, 2026 · Last updated: June 29, 2026
1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how DDAI-COMPLY uses cookies and similar technologies on ddaicomply.com, and how you control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a site. Similar technologies (such as browser local storage) work in comparable ways. Some are "strictly necessary" for a site to function; others are optional, such as analytics.
3. Our consent approach
When you first visit, we show a consent banner. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Site cannot function without them. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them — until then, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics scripts run. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
4. Cookies and similar technologies we use
Strictly necessary (always on, no consent required)
- Session / security / load-balancing — first-party; session or short-lived. Needed to serve and protect the Site.
ddai_cookie_consent— first-party browser local storage (not a cookie sent to a server). Stores your cookie choice so we can honor it; persists until you change your choice or clear your browser storage.
Analytics (loaded only with your consent)
_ga— third-party (Google); duration ~2 years. Distinguishes individual visitors._ga_<container-id>— third-party (Google); duration ~2 years. Persists Google Analytics session state.
These are set by Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-F5YTN5VW3M) to measure aggregate, pseudonymous usage, and load only after you accept analytics; we use Google Consent Mode so analytics storage stays denied until then. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months. Google acts as our processor — see Google's Privacy Policy for how it handles data.
5. Managing and withdrawing consent
- Use "Cookie settings" in the footer to accept, reject, or change your analytics choice at any time.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the Site.
6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track," so we manage non-essential cookies through the consent banner and your browser controls described above. Because we do not sell or share personal data, there is no such activity to opt out of via signals like Global Privacy Control; your banner choice (and any later withdrawal) governs analytics on this Site.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
