Compliance Product Manager

What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for compliance features
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear product specifications
• Work closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams
• Conduct user research and analyze usage patterns
• Prioritize feature development based on market needs and user feedback

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Background in fintech, regtech, or compliance technology
• Understanding of AML/KYC, sanctions, and trade compliance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies

Nice to Have

• Compliance certification (CAMS, ICA, etc.)
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products
• Commodity trading industry knowledge
