What You'll Do
- Write and maintain API documentation and developer guides
- Create user-facing help articles and feature documentation
- Document compliance workflows and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering and product to keep docs current
- Develop documentation templates and style guides
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of technical writing experience
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience with API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)
- Proficiency with documentation tools (Markdown, static site generators)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech or SaaS documentation
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and TypeScript
- Knowledge of compliance or regulatory terminology
